🚛 Truck Traffic: 8,000+ trucks passed by residents’ homes in just 17 days
Peak activity:
7–10 AM: 41 trucks/hour
10 AM: highest at 45 trucks/hour
6 AM – 3 PM: steady heavy traffic
Traffic dropped after 4 PM; only 2–3 trucks/hour overnight
🌫️ Air Quality: 0 healthy air days, EVERY DAY exceeded EPA’s safe PM2.5 limit (9 µg/m³)
14 of 17 days had unhealthy levels for sensitive groups
Peak levels on several days were unsafe for everyone
Average PM2.5 during study: 59.8 µg/m³ (well above health standards)
