What to Say When You Call

For BSEED (Dust or Debris):

"Hi, my name is [Your Name]. I live at [Street or Intersection] in [Neighborhood]. I’m calling to report excessive dust. The dust is affecting my home and family. Thank you."

For EGLE (Odors or Smoke):

"Hi, my name is [Your Name]. I live at [Street or Intersection] in [Neighborhood]. I’m calling to report a strong odor that smells like [describe odor, for example paint or burning plastic] or visible smoke in the area. This is affecting my home and my family. Please send someone to investigate. Thank you."
